WHAT DID THEY DO WITH JESUS? HEY, DID YOU FEEL THAT? WAS THAT AN EARTHQUAKE? WHY ARE ALL THESE SOLDIERS ALL LAID OUT? WHO CARES? GOOD RIDDANCE. SOMEBODY GO TELL JOHN! PETER, TOO! WE DON’T KNOW WHERE JESUS IS! TELL ‘EM!
Can you imagine that scene that Sunday morning? Normally we tend to think of it in pretty quiet and placid terms. But, what if it wasn’t? What if is was a scene of total chaos? An empty tomb. “WHERE DID THEY TAKE HIM?” Can you hear the panic? The desperation?
Let’s take a look at that first Resurrection morning; a look from a perspective I’d not considered before. Maybe you have, but I haven’t. A scene of chaos and turmoil and upheaval. That, and the most intuitive and insightful question ever asked. “Why do you seek the living among the dead?” Join us today, Resurrection Sunday.
